    Each workspace is its own tidy space with its own links, campaigns, tags, and reports. Keep a client's data completely separate from the next, and switch between them in a click — no logging out, no crossed wires.

    Give every teammate exactly the access they need — from full control to read-only. Roles keep sensitive settings and billing locked down while your team stays free to do their work.

Roles at a glance

Every member you invite to a workspace gets one of four roles. Pick the smallest role that still lets someone do their job.

Role What they can do
Owner Full control of the workspace, including members, settings, and billing.
Admin Manage members and workspace settings — everything except billing.
Editor Create, edit, and organize links and campaigns.
Viewer Read-only access to links and analytics — perfect for clients and stakeholders.

Invite clients as Viewers

Give a client Viewer access so they can watch their own campaign results in real time — without any risk of changing a live link.

Set up a workspace and invite your team

  1. Create a workspace for the brand, client, or campaign you're organizing — from the workspace switcher in your dashboard.
  2. Name it something you'll recognize at a glance (e.g. Acme Co. or Summer Launch).
  3. Invite teammates by email from the workspace's Members area.
  4. Assign a role — Owner, Admin, Editor, or Viewer — to each person as you invite them. You can change anyone's role later as responsibilities shift.
  5. Switch anytime. Jump between your workspaces from the switcher; each one keeps its own links, tags, and reports fully separate.
